It is very rare to find a home that combines eco-conscious design with mesmerizing natural views and luxury that transports you to a completely different world. Sitting on the outskirts of town Kuala Lampur and overlooking a lush green forest reserve that will blow you away with its sheer size, the Be Landa house designed by 29 Design is a modern masterpiece that is both relaxing and stunning! You wouldn’t imagine such an impressive home standing on the edge of a sloping lot when you catch a glimpse of the private street frontage. Part of the house was built to minimize the footprint and waste of space. Part of the house is on stilts giving it a stunning pool area and a series of decks to the rear that end up stealing the limelight.

The three pavilions of the house that make it so special each have something unique. The first sits entirely on the ground while the second is half anchored to the structure and the other half rests on stilts. It’s the third and final pavilion, hanging precariously over the ledge of Pilotis, made even more stunning with a glass bridge. An infinity pool overlooking the forest, spacious and private decks seamlessly connect with various private and public spaces inside to create a residence that exudes class and luxury. The foyer offers an elevated view straight through the forest reserve across the valley, framed by the 2nd and 3rd pavilions. The lowest living area by the pool was used in Crazy Rich Asians in the scene where the ladies gathered for Bible study and tea. This level is sheltered from rain and equatorial sun by the spaces above it.
