When we think of beautiful modern apartments that offer perfectly coordinated contemporary interiors and sleek decor, it’s mostly a space that’s mostly clad in clean, neutral colors, making liberal borrowings from the two ends of the color spectrum – black and White. This seems to be the growing trend worldwide and even those who generally opt for the lighter and far more vibrant shades make sure they remain confined to bedroom walls. But that’s definitely not the case with this brilliant and bubbly apartment pace we stumbled across in Odessa, Ukraine’s fifth largest city.

The beautiful 1,184-square-foot condo was designed by Eno Getiashvili and indeed, if you’ve just settled on the current revamped version in its lilac and violet hues, you’ll find it hard to believe that this was once a cluttered space with very little organization. The transformation is indeed a treat for the sore eyes as it uses both out-of-the-box designs with existing design principles to create a unique and engaging home that we would all love to call home.

Aside from the dramatic use of color in the living room, the rest of the house still uses a largely white backdrop, but tastefully blends it with tones of black, blue, and brown for different spaces to create a distinctive look.

The white brick wall design behind the TV in the living room and the message “Love, Joy, Success and Smiles” beautifully spread across the kitchen wall makes for a nice contrast and great conversation starters! Add to that smart lighting and ergonomic decor, and this Ukrainian apartment is both stylish and complete.
