If you’re used to a lot of space, then 1200 square feet doesn’t feel like much. But in most cities around the world, this is enough space for a neat little apartment. In the heart of New York City, it can even be called luxury! Embedded Greenwich Village, this newly designed apartment combines simplicity and functionality with distinctive NYC style to create a beautiful and light-filled contemporary home. Designed by Megan Grehl, the new interior is understated, with white dominating much of the backdrop. Even the exposed brick walls are painted white here, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and reducing the visual fragmentation of the spaces.
When you enter the apartment you will find a small entrance along with the hallway and a home office in front of an exposed brick wall. The home office unit is ergonomic, stylish and saves space without trying too hard. The living area is no different in its approach, with a cozy white corner sofa, a curved floor lamp and a large mirror that provides even light distribution throughout the room. Brick walls of various shapes are a constant feature of this loft, and in one of the corners is the kitchen with sparkling stainless steel Bosch appliances.
A small bedroom with built-in shelves and a modern bathroom with a color-coordinated shower area complete this NYC apartment that is perfect for a young couple or even a single life.
