The original 3 bedroom apartment was built in the 1960's and with lots of interior walls the interior was both dark and cluttered. Existing partitions have been moved and some removed entirely to create the new open plan living area with adjoining narrow kitchen and dining area. Some of the older features such as the terrazzo floor and blue tiles in the kitchen have been retained and upgraded. A new sliding glass door now connects the living space to the outside balcony, allowing homeowners to effortlessly switch between openness and privacy.
