Locally sourced wood has been used to create this clever cabin, where a small kitchen, bunk beds and an elegant dining area save a lot of space. While lighter wood tones dominate inside, it’s burned Douglas fir cladding boards on the outside that give it a country-specific presence. This also helps keep the bugs out in an organic way, and a couple of large glass windows provide visual connection with nature.
