Designer Robert Bailey recently completed the interior design of a penthouse apartment in downtown Vancouver, Canada. A chic, luxurious space, this loft can be the perfect place to entertain family and friends.
Located on the 47th and 48th floors of the Fairmont building in Vancouver, this 6400 square foot penthouse is an amazing oasis of calm and relaxation. The designer immediately understood the client’s needs due to the previous collaboration and knew that this house had to be comfortable and visually calm.
This modern loft features soft warm neutral tones, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, gorgeous views, and simple yet sophisticated style. The designer chose neutral materials, such as wide bleached oak plank floors, walnut doors and sawmill, taupe stone and marble. In addition, the space is very functional and well divided. As you can see, there is an open floor plan, the living room and office are separated by a wall that has a stunning painting on one side and a high-tech television on the other, both of which are the focal points of each room .
The house is not only modern and functional, but also has a beautiful roof terrace where you can celebrate many parties or just enjoy the wonderful view on a sunny day.
