The residence’s design has been specifically raised above ground to offer a better view of the sea, although the slight change in height offers the opportunity to create a series of platforms and decks around the living areas. Inside, wood and white take over the color world, strong colors stay away. As usual, natural greenery provides the necessary freshness both indoors and outdoors, as the covered walkways and terraces flow into the garden. The home feels like an organic extension of the beach, a feeling difficult to replicate elsewhere.

The house is divided into four different zones and each zone has its own wooden roof that feels light, organic and modern. Cinder blocks and polished finishes reduce construction costs and improve durability while keeping the interior as modern and coastal as possible.
